In 2008 Sara founded a diversity recruitment consulting arm of Capability Jane that was acquired by Alexander Mann Solutions in January 2015. Sara has deep subject matter expertise in diversity and flexible working and has worked with a wide variety of global, private and public sector organisations. Sara has a particular passion for job sharing and is the founder of The Job Share Project, a not-for-profit vehicle that promotes awareness of job sharing as a means to work part-time in senior roles.
