The Job Share Project – Best Practice Insights

The Job Share Project studied best practice examples of senior level job sharing with a particular emphasis on transactional, client facing and leadership roles within global organisations. We interviewed and analysed of over 100 senior job share partners, of which 71% were promoted while in the partnership confirming that our analysis was based on high performance. This analysis gave valuable data points and insights on how to make job sharing work in a wide variety of roles, and provided us for the Job Share Toolkit.
