Our client is a consulting firm based in London, they work in the B2B marketplace helping other businesses obtain high quality customer feedback.
They are looking to employ an experienced individual with at least 10 years of strong client management experience gained within a creative Marketing or Advertising or PR agency.

This is primarily a client facing role assuming responsibility for a number of existing clients, leading client meetings to present survey results to senior management and sales teams. Candidates should have experience and a strong interest in Coaching, Managing Relationships and Business Psychology.

Responsibilities  
 
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and sounding board to clients, helping them see the firm as a vital business tool for managing and retaining their own clients  
• Deliver a service to clients, helping them manage their own client relationships and establishing/maintaining a status as valued and indispensable partner.  
• Delivering a service involves:
- providing data, analysis and insight
- delivering stimulating and thoughtful debriefs
- reviewing data as it comes in, flagging and sharing with clients any highlights or areas for serious concern
- overseeing the scheduling and administration of surveys, providing advice to clients as required.  
• Oversee the scheduling and administration of surveys
• Provide ad hoc advice to clients as requested, balancing client service with commercial needs of business
• Contribute to new business development efforts by obtaining referrals, soliciting business, and actively following up opportunities

• Organisational skills and flexibility.  Able to adapt and manage change
• Discretion, able to deal with highly confidential material 

Flexibility: 2 days a week
Location: London (SE area)
Salary: c £80-90K FTE
