Previous webinar: Effective job design to increase flexible working and diversity

Offering flexible working patterns and how we design our roles are critical factors in the recruitment of talent, in particular women into senior roles. However, encouraging managers to be open to flexible working practices and embedding diversity principles into designing roles can often be a real challenge. Effective job design is cited by many as the missing link between enabling viable flexible working options and increasing the caliber and diversity of talent in recruitment.

In this 45-minute webinar diversity recruitment expert Sara Hill walks us through:

  • The principles of job design and the challenges with current practice
  • A true understand of the operational impact of different flexible working patterns
  • The key steps required to embed flexible working and diversity into the job design process
