Our client is an SME in the finance sector. They are seeking an HR/Office Manager to manage the day to day HR operations as well as some office and building management responsibilities.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing HR processes, procedures and HR administration across the firm
Managing recruitment process including job descriptions, managing the offer process, producing contracts
Staff appraisals, performance management and development and training
Employee well being including benefits e.g. pension, bonus
Co-orinating monthly management meetings and taking minutes; following up on actions
Liasing with finance regarding payroll, expenses, bonus etc
Health and Safety procedures
Diary management for senior management team and travel, expenses etc
Office management including managing suppliers, purchasing
The successful candidate will have experience in managing HR in a small business (ideally). He/she will have broad HR generalist HR experience and be familiar with dealing with day to day queries. He/she will be organised and able to prioritise a variety of tasks. Approachable and happy to get on with what needs doing. Candidates will ideally have broader office management skills too but HR is very much the priority for this role.
There is a lot of flexibility with this role and our client is open to various options. It is a great opportunity to do an HR role as well as take on some additional broader management support duties.
Salary - £40-45K FTE
Location - Central London
Flexibility - 3 days a week (flexible hours e.g. 10-3pm)
