Are you a senior recruiter, team leader or branch manager in a recruitment agency?  Do you have great people skills? 

Our client is looking for a part-time Delivery Manager to lead a growing team of 8 specialist recruiters managing key MSP and RPO client accounts.

Main business divisions covered are: Finance, Technology, Change Management, HR, Marketing & Communications, Procurement and Sales.
 
In this role you will be supporting team members with sourcing, planning, progression and various other projects, driving fill rates through use of innovative sourcing techniques.
 
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Accountability for the end to end recruitment lifecycle for specialist recruitment across a select number of UK key clients
  • Managing contingent and permanent vacancies for national MSP and RPO clients across the UK
  • Particular focus on recruiting senior level contractor and permanent positions
  • Generate candidates directly using innovative sourcing methods (internet job advertising, search analytics, networking, referrals, client website, employee referral schemes etc...)
  • Drive candidate pipeline by using above innovative sourcing techniques
  • Writing daily searches and associated correspondence to maximise candidate identification and attraction
  • On-going management of temporary worker population (currently 150+) to support EVP strategy and drive referrals and recommendations
  • To monitor performance of team, accompany on coaching calls and provide sales training for all staff
  • To organise sales activities and allocate sales responsibilities to team and self to ensure maximum usage of time for sales activities with other time used for procedures and systems
  • To agree priorities and work schedules for staff and manage distribution of workload
  • Ensure compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment end to end process
  • Work closely with the overall team to ensure client Service Level Agreements
  • Maintain knowledge of Employment Law Legislation
  • Undertake competitor mapping in order to be aware of market changes
  • Ensure personal objectives are achieved
  • System and database maintenance to ensure information is accurate at all times, including, but not limited to, weekly/monthly activity reporting, and running candidate payrolls
  • Ensure effective communication with Senior Management on a transactional level

 
Salary:                   £50K FTE basic plus quarterly team bonus (up to £16K FTE) and benefits
Location:               City of London
Flexibility:              Full or part time (min 3 days a week)
(Shorter days can be worked but start time in office must always be 8.30am for team briefing)
