Our client is an award winning creative exhibition agency at an exciting time of growth and expansion.  They are looking for a dynamic sales manager to help to take the business to the next level. 
 
You will head-up and develop an existing experienced sales team as well as managing some key accounts and supporting new business development activities.     
 
Responsibilities:
• Ensure continued & sustainable growth of the company sales whilst maintaining & improving profitability
• Day-to-day management & development of existing three strong sales team  
• Prepare & deliver accurate team pipeline, sales & management reports to the board of directors
• Manage weekly sales team meetings while encouraging & developing the sales team through monthly individual performance meetings
• Work closely with marketing team to measure current marketing activities & target new opportunities
• Drive strategic growth through new business opportunities  
• Assist sales team in putting together high quality pitch presentations & quotations 
• Assist sales team with key sales presentations & customer relationship meetings
• Monitor sales team profitability ensuring key performance targets are met
• Review current department processes & procedures for improvement & efficiency
• Develop & maintain key customer accounts & relationships
• Research & understand the market sector in order to drive ideas and growth  
• Attend events & industry trade shows for business development opportunities 
 
Skills required: 
 
• Exhibition or events industry sales experience
• Experience of managing a team of sales people
• Good understanding of budgets & report writing  
• Proven track record in organising communication campaigns 
 
 Salary: £45-50K FTE basic plus bonus (to £70K OTE)  Private Health Care & Pension  
 Flexibility:  4 or 5 days a week, home working 1 day a week once settled into the role
