Our client in the professional services sector, is seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager on a part time basis.
They are looking for a business development professional who can execute and deliver on strategy by effectively targeting the right individuals within large corporates to engage with them and successfully convert them to clients. This could be achieved through a number of mediums including researching and building relevant data and client lists, direct communication as well as networking and social media.
To be successful in the role the right individual needs to have all the qualities of an effective sales person – persistence, persuasiveness, resilience and desire for tangible success as well as possessing the gravitas, professionalism and polish to instantly gain credibility with senior individuals within large, blue-chip organisations.
Experience and skills required:
Direct experience of sales and business development in a B2B context.
Willingness to make multiple cold calls to target clients.
Demeanour which projects authority and professionalism. The right candidate will be eloquent, confident and business-like.
Developing business across international markets is preferred
A strong interest in international business and politics.
A positive outlook and plenty of energy.
