The Digital Marketing Executive fulfils a key role within the team, bringing the various streams of digital activity together to refine their approach and optimise results.

You will need energy, enthusiasm and an aptitude for the process rigour that comes with a data-driven role in a highly regulated market.

Experience with and understanding of technologies such as Salesforce, Pardot, SEO & PPC tools and the various social platforms will be a major advantage.
 
Objectives:

  • To support the marketing team achieve their targets each month
  • Manage the execution of email campaigns and engagement programmes, developing optimum lead nurture journey
  • Monitor the lead pipeline and ensure prospects (email clicks, landing page hits and forms) are being followed up effectively
  • Monitor the Lead Forensics platform and trigger report settings to ensure all relevant leads are passed through to sales.
  • To maintain the website SEO through optimisation of content using Wordpress.
  • To report on the digital lead generation effectiveness using Pardot, Google Adwords, Google Analytics and SEM Rush/Web CEO.
  • Develop a plan for Social media broadcasts and schedule regular posts using Hootsuite.
  • Provide event support: bookings, logistics and stock control of supporting marketing material for events/conferences
  • Work together with the Marketing team to develop tactical campaigns
  • Maintain the digital journey to sales from digital marketing platforms to SalesForce to enable effective tracking of all inbound leads.
  • Provide Ad-hoc support across all marketing tactics when required
  • Maintain the central digital resources library    

Location:   Farnborough
Flexibility:  Full time with 4 days a week office based (08:30 – 17:30) plus 1 day home-working  
Salary:  to £35K plus benefits
